Design 112 concept - finger maze testing senses

Storyboard
My concept idea for my interactive object is a maze that you solve using your finger. The maze is made of different materials to promote the sense of touch; they will all be the same color so that the only way to tell the difference is to run your finger along and feel for them.
There are two different paths that lead to the end of the maze. One path will be painted read so it can be clearly seen, however it will be long and complicated, while the other path will be simple yet you must rely on your sense of touch to feel the material used on the certain path. This is to test which sense you rely on to solve the maze. As the most prominent senses is site, especially when solving a visual puzzle like a maze, if you decide to trust your sense of touch you will solve the maze a lot quicker. This is to trick the user to see if they will follow the red path even though it is long and complicated, or trust touch and get out easily.                                                          That is my design at this stage, to further develop it I will have to look at what materials work well together so that is not to easy or too hard to tell the difference between materials. I will also have to work on a maze design that works well given the two contrasting paths and how they both meet at the end, maybe even thinking about three paths.

concepts
These are hand puzzles like Rubik cubes, however using touch to solve the puzzles
rather than site, making it more challenging to use a difference sense to solve the puzzle
This is a concept of a guitar that uses string that light up when the correct chord is played, the cleaner the chord is played the brighter the string shine. This is an idea for teaching guitar and teaching to play chords hard and clean from the beginning, and teaches you the skills to do so.

The first concept is an idea of glasses that change colour and strength of the lens to see how changing these in combination can effect the sense of site. The second is another puzzle that uses materials so that they can be solved without the sense of site.
